Crib Bib

Behold!  The newest crib bibs!  How 'bout them owls and robots?!  Perfect for spitting, peeing or pooping on, right?  :)

And the blue backing fabric is waterproof.  It's actually the stuff people buy for reusable diapers.  So all you gotta do is tie one of these suckers on to your crib and voila!  No more changing the sheets every single day!  Love it.

Okay... and I just put the crib bib up for sale on Etsy, just to gauge interest.  What do you think?  Will people want them?  I know I did! :)

Bubble Suit Bummy!

As I mentioned before, I spent part of my "free day" sewing a dress for Riley.  Well, I couldn't bear to leave Noelle out, so I decided to make a coordinating outfit for her.  I've always loved those cute little bubble sunsuits, but I had been a little intimidated by them.  However, yesterday, with a little help from the internet, I created a pattern.  Obviously, this was my first go at it, and although it's not perfect, I'm pretty excited about it!  And really, when you have a Noelle to wear it, you can't go wrong.

My favorite part of the outfit-- the ruffle butt!

That Elmo book provided the perfect incentive for showing off her ruffles! :)

The girl's getting so fast!  This is the best shot I got of the front.  I used velcro to secure the bottom part, and I'm finding that it detaches kind of easily.  May have to fix that.  Still, not bad for a first shot, right?

Babies

There really aren't words to describe how much Riley loves babies, and especially beautiful, super-happy babies like Aubrey.  Maybe a few pictures will suffice in place of words.

This is how Riley spent the first half hour of watching Aubrey.  She couldn't bear to put her down.

Yes, Noelle is a tennis ball.  The girls found this Halloween costume a few days ago, and one of them has been wearing it ever since.

Bow casualty.  That's just one of the consequences of being so unbelievably cute.
